I have some other questions about ordering kit

If you have any questions with regards to ordering your child’s Titan’s kit please feel free to contact us. Sample sizes are available at our sessions to try on. Just ask the coach on the day. Orders from our Clubwebshop take roughly 4 weeks to arrive.

A reminder of the link to order kit from is: https://www.clubwebshop.com/a-z/clubs/titansfootballacademy/

Please select “Garment Bundles” when the page loads.

What happens if my child is ill/cannot attend a session?

If your child is ill or cannot attend a session due to an appointment, you do not need to contact us to inform us. The coach will mark you as absent on the register on the day. Term Dates & Session Cancellations

Our term dates for the year can be found in Term Dates section of the academy app, which you would have been added to when you joined Titans.

If a session is ever cancelled, which is very rare, communication regarding this will go out in the WhatsApp group for the session with enough notice for you to not attend. In the event of a session being cancelled by us, a catch-up session will be arranged.

Membership Payments

The cost of your membership is worked out for the year and split into 12 equal monthly payments, payable by a rolling direct debit.

Our memberships have a minimum of a three-month sign-up period. After this point you can cancel at any time. Please provide 1 weeks notice before the last day of the month if you wish to cancel, so that we can cancel the direct debit and membership on the system.
