– Here’s a general outline of our academy: Titans Football Academy are in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Essex. We provide academy standard football coaching for children of all levels between toddlers to 15 year olds. Whether it’s a child who’s never kicked a ball before or one who has the potential to be in a professional academy, we cater for everyone.
We’ve devised an effective approach to our football coaching – each session your child attends will be positive, personal, professional and inclusive. We stick to great player-to-coach ratios to ensure every child gets the attention they deserve.
We provide players with the opportunities to play against professional academy teams such as Watford, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Luton and more if selected.
– Teams: we do have teams which play in the JPL and Watford Friendly League. Trials are run for the teams in May and the route to our teams is through signing up to a development centre. Once signed up to a development centre, the development centres coaches and DC manager will help up skill all the children, and when ready recommend them for a team. If a child hasn’t been recommended to a team, it would be our recommendation that they stay in the development centre to work on their skills. Many players in our development centres, who aren’t in a Titans team, play for other Sunday or Saturday league teams, as it’s important that they play matches to complement their learnings from our development centres.
– For all our members we run 10 Mindset workshops and 10 Nutrition Workshops every year. There are no extra cost to these, they are included in the subscription package.

– Development Centres
Our Development Centres (DCs) are held on a weekly basis at designated locations, such as the Elstree centre, with sessions tailored to specific age groups and skill levels. The cost of these sessions may vary depending on the location and duration.
Each session begins with a 15 -20 minute technical warm-up, focusing on individual ball mastery skills, including dribbling techniques, ball control, and manipulation exercises. This allows our young players to develop their fundamental skills, such as inside cuts, outside cuts, and step-overs.
The majority of the session is then dedicated to topic-specific drills, which are carefully structured to progress over a period of approximately half a term. These drills are designed to enhance the players’ understanding and execution of key skills, such as ball striking, 1v1 situations, or small-sided games. Our coaching staff deliver these sessions in a way that challenges each player to improve their technical abilities, while also promoting game awareness and decision-making.
Aligned with each topic, we host a Match Week, where the session is transformed into a tournament-style format, featuring multiple small-sided games. This provides our young players with the opportunity to apply the skills they have developed throughout the topic in a competitive, yet fun and engaging environment. By doing so, we aim to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters technical development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
Our centres run everyday of the week and vary on price due to location and session length.
I have attached the link to our website that has the information regarding all our sessions, if there is a centre that works for you please fill out the corresponding enquiry form and I can get you booked in for a trial.
– The pathway to joining our competitive teams begins with our Development Centres. Our coaching staff and development centre manager assess and identify players who demonstrate readiness for the next stage of their development, recommending them for inclusion in our teams. This evaluation process typically occurs in May, coinciding with the conclusion of the football season.
Over the past few years, the overall standard of our teams has significantly elevated, now reflecting a high level of skill and performance across all age groups. Players selected for our teams are required to attend two mandatory training sessions each week, in addition to participating in a match on the weekend.
– Pathway into teams for children not attending a development centre yet: The pathway into our teams is through our development centres. In order for your child to attend a team trial they will need to be put forward by the manager of a development centre so we will need to book you in for a free trial at one of our DC Locations.
Development centre managers will only put forward children who they believe are at the right step in their development to join a team. The level of our teams has consistently increased over the past few years and is now incredibly high across the board.
If your child is interested in playing for a team but isn’t put forward, potential options would be to sign up to a Development Centre to work with players in areas they can improve. We are also very happy to try and help make suggestions for our other local grassroots clubs for Nathan to try. We have many children at the club who attend our training sessions but play their Sunday league matches at other local clubs.
Please know the sole aim of this process is to maximise your child’s development and make sure they’re in an environment they can thrive.
Please find all our locations here –
